Sedans & SUV Limos & Buses: By receipt of this confirmation you agree to a 50% penalty if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior, a 75% cancellation penalty up to 15 days prior and NO REFUNDS if cancelled less than 15 days prior to reservation date/time. A 100% in house credit (not a refund) may be issued towards a future service by management at any time prior to reservation date/time upon request as long as written email cancellation was provided no less than 4 hours before scheduled reservation pickup time.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in WRITING BY EMAIL to cancellations@limo.rentals form the email on file for the reservation within the time frame listed above.
General Conditions: No Smoking including e-Cigarettes or JUUL's $300 Cleaning/Deodorizing Fee (no exceptions), No Illegal Drugs or Underage Drinking...IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of trip without a refund will be invoked. $500 Clean Up Fee (on All Limos, Vans and Buses) will be assessed, if necessary, for excessive cleaning of interior. When renting a Limousine or any vehicle, you are responsible for any damage that may occur from you or one of your guests. That includes, broken glasses ($25ea), rips or tears in the seats (min $100), vomiting or stains in the carpet ($500)
Lost/Missing Items: We are not responsible for items left, lost or misplaced in any of our vehicles.
Late Night/Early Morning FEE: A late night/early morning fee of $49 will be assessed for pickups after 12am and before 5am.
Weather/Traffic/Mechanical Issues: We schedule our professional chauffeurs to arrive at pickup location 30 min prior to the scheduled reservation time/date. We are not responsible for late pick ups due to weather or unfavorable traffic conditions or mechanical breakdowns. A credit in the amount of the unused time will be offered towards a future service in the event a mechanical breakdown. Example 5 hours paid service = $500 and the mechanical breakdown happens in the 2nd hour meaning 3 hours were unused a $300 service credit will be issued towards a future reservation. If a replacement vehicle is sent to replace the broke down vehicle only a credit of the down time or customer waiting time will be offered. Example if the customer is waiting for 1 hour and the reservation was 5 hours = $500 then a $100 credit towards a future service will be offered.
Capacity: No vehicle will loaded beyond seating capacity or whenever a driver determines capacity would jeopardize safety.

A Booking Confirmation Is NOT The Same As Your Online Reservation Tracking Number That Is Generated Automatically When An Online Reservations Is Created And Payment Is Made. (3) Tampa Limo Rentals/LuxLifeStyle Limousines Reserves The Right To Cancel & Refund Any Reservation Booked Online That Conflicts With Our Master Dispatch Schedule That We Are Unable To Fulfill. 100% Will Be Refunded Back To The Payment Method On File Under These Circumstances.
